“Whatever opens us is not as important as what it opens.”

-Mark Nepo (Author of The Book of Awakening)

I feel that everyone comes to a crossroads  in their life in which you know that you need help, but are too scared to reach out for that help because It may do 1 of 3 things: 1) invalidate all of the things you solidly base your life on, 2) reveal things you may not know or want to know about yourself, and 3) possibly change your life forever.

Leah helped me not only live my best life, but also unlock doors that I wanted to keep closed forever. She helped me walk through those doors with grace, understanding, and a new heightened awareness of who I am and what I want out of my life.
She has a way of motivating you to do the work little by little, in a pure, honest, and value driven process. I constantly look back on my journey that started our relationship with gratefulness because it truly changed my life . My life has been illuminated consistently since working with her and that is because she is an invaluable resource in my life for self awareness, accountability, and wisdom. There is no price tag you can put on a life coach who is actually INVESTED in the lives of their clients! She knows you for you and is rooting you on into any life transition you are facing . She becomes more than a coach - she becomes a trusted friend and confidant.

I was a year out of college and pretty much lost in life now that I was an “adult” and no longer blindly following what my parents and peers thought I should be doing. You instilled in me the notion of core values, which I still use to this day every week and every month and every year when I reflect on my life and evaluate things I would like to spend my time on in the future. I am today confident in my ability to form deep connections with people. Through the entire coaching journey, you were the first person to show me what it’s like to have someone warm and nonjudgmental trying to support me to become my best self, and I’m grateful to have that as a point of reference of what relationships can and should be like.

I wanted to thank you again for being such an amazing life coach because your ability to transform the lives of me and so many others had been instrumental in inspiring me to want to become a therapist.

I wish all the best for you and all the work that you do, and I want you to know that you have made a massive difference in my life.

In just a short amount of time I began to see light at the end of a very dark tunnel. I feel full of hope, my confidence is back and above all my self worth is back. I didn’t just feel like another client, but like I have a friend who has only my best interest at heart.”

”I was quitting my job, just ending a shitty relationship, moving home, and felt like I had hit rock bottom in life. Her program helped me change my life for the better pretty much from night to day.”
- Natalie J.

Leah is absolutely amazing. I went to her already having done some work on myself. I was ready for a little more guidance but was unsure what direction I wanted to go in. Leah helped me create a meaningful vision for my life that aligned with my morals, values and passions. She developed a program that challenged me to level up through homework assignments that I was able to put into practice daily through my real life current experiences. What you can expect from Leah is a deep sincere approach to her coaching, she truly cares about everyone's purpose and you can see her passion with every encounter. Her program will help you reach new heights while empowering you to become the person you know is waiting to come out!

I was so wrapped up in my personal life, I had completely lost touch with myself!  Out of all I have learned from Leah,  I would say that she has taught me the most about self love.  It is something I have struggled with, but I am working towards being more aware staying committed to it everyday. How incredibly important it is to set boundaries, and listen to my own "no's", my own intuition, and gut feelings- To be more of my true self, I have learned it is important to honor those feelings instead of neglecting them for the sake of others.  We are all capable of knowing what we truly want and deserve in life, and we are all responsible to parent ourselves to live our best and most fulfilling life.  She has taught me to make time for the things that make bring joy on a daily basis, how to know what kinds of relationships to nurture and which to distance from, and the confidence to make hard decisions that will make me happy long term.  I know that no matter the situation, I will be ok- and I can trust myself!  Everyday I am thankful for Leah, and refer her to anyone I can because she is such a beautiful person inside and out. You can tell she really cares, and wants to help you life your best life!

”I feel more focused than ever and know that my new goals are in total alignment with my purpose.”
- Nathan

I was going through a difficult situation where I knew I wouldn't have the strength to get through it by myself. Leah's program stuck out to me since it wasn't therapy but life coaching. Her sessions are geared towards accomplishing a goal with action plans along the way. My goal was to really discover what values were important to me to help me heal and grow from my current situation. Leah's compassion, understanding and unbiased opinion (from all different point of views) was exactly what I needed at the time to help me heal. Her sessions are via Face Time which makes it much more easier and convenient to meet. Leah's program is definitely an investment that you'll want to make on yourself and for your mental health!

For me, life coaching was a hands-on alternative to therapy. Over the summer of 2019, I was depressed and got several panic attacks. I tried to solve my problems internally through therapy, meditation, journaling, exercise, etc., but didn't see the changes I needed. Frustrated, I turned to life coaching, hoping for a more structured and goal-oriented approach.
At first, I was skeptical. However, the day after our first session I could already see improvements in my mental health. One of my key problems was I lacked direction, so we worked together to identify my core values and developed strategies to create my "ideal" life. It's been about 6 months since we started, and I have achieved 5/6 of my initial goals. And, no more depression or panic attacks.
I do not suggest using life coaching as a replacement for therapy, but it's really good for handling external problems i.e. life problems.
Final point: I'm a pretty non-traditional/weird thinker. Leah noticed this immediately and created a custom plan that fit my brain and my needs. It was really nice having such a skilled and intelligent guide through by far the worst time in my life.
