"In Conversation with a Holistic Life Coach: A Peek into my Workday"

“A day in the Life of a Holistic Life Coach”

Hello, curious ones! Today, we're offering you an inside look into the my workday as a holistic life coach. Follow along!

7:30 AM - Rise and Shine: I start the day early with a grounding morning routine. Reading, coffee or matcha, and some sun on my face set the tone for a day filled with grounded energy.

8:00 AM - Mindful Preparations: Before coaching sessions begin, I take time to review client notes and set intentions for each session. Creating a sacred space, ensuring that clients feel heard and supported.

9:00 AM - First Coaching Session: My day begins with a one-on-one coaching session. I listen deeply to my client's concerns, dreams, and challenges. Through reflective questioning, I help the client gain clarity and set meaningful goals.

10:00 AM - Usually more sessions or alignment calls which are my favorite.

12:30 PM - Lunch Break: I like to eat a protein packed diet and practice mindful eating, savoring each bite and going into my garden to be with my plants and the birds and butterflies. This break helps me recharge and maintain my own well-being.

1:30 PM - Professional Development: To stay on top of my coaching practices and continue growing my business, I invests time in continuing education, research, developing my book and strategizing my business growth. Lots of this actually. I save my Tuesdays and Thursdays just for personal and professional development.

2:30 PM - Client Check-ins: Between sessions, some of my clients do brief check-ins with me so I can offer support and encouragement. These short message exchanges strengthen the coaching relationship and provide additional guidance.

3:00 PM - More sessions!

6:30 PM - Evening Sessions end: As the day winds down, I make sure I’ve sent my clients for the day all the proper emails and resources. I start to think about what I’m making my husband and I for dinner.

8:00 PM - Evening walk and gratitude: After dinner, I end the day with a gratitude practice, acknowledging the positive impact I’ve made on my clients' lives and the blessings I have in my own life. I like reminding myself of the good work I am doing because it does get lonely as a solopreneur. That self validation is important and keeps me so motivated to serve.

As the day comes to a close, I feel fulfilled and grateful for the opportunity to support others in their transformative journeys. My work is a beautiful dance of compassion, inspiration, and empowerment—a dance that continues day after day, making me so glad I chose this path of holistic life coaching.
