What is included in the ticket price options?
There is no difference in what is included between the self-selected investment options ($500, $1000, or $1500). These options are simply in place to empower you to choose what feels best for you, and to offer a more accessible option for those who would benefit.
Enrollment includes all programming and activities, access to Harbin hot springs & retreat center, all breakfasts, one dinner, & a 1:1 deep dive session.
Get ready for morning meditation, dips in the natural hot spring pools, sauna, sundeck, cold and warm pools, organic outdoor dinners, stargazing and heartfelt ceremony, and even a few gifts to take home and enjoy.
Registration also includes a 30-minute post-retreat follow up video session with THE RETREAT founders Lily and Leah. This session will provide you with accountability, actionable strategies, and compassionate reflection.
The price of a ticket does NOT include accommodations or spa treatments. Spa treatments can be booked separately for those that would like to enjoy a bit more relaxation while at THE RETREAT.
What is the cancellation policy?
Payment is due in full at time of registration and is non-refundable. While tickets are NON REFUNDABLE, if you are unable to attend the event for any reason, you may transfer your ticket to another qualified attendee. THE RETREAT will not be responsible for finding or coordinating the transfer. If for any reason the event is not able to take place on the originally scheduled date, the event shall be rescheduled to a later date.
Are accommodations included in the ticket?
Rooms or tent spaces are NOT included so that individuals have the ability to customize their stay. The retreat centers accommodations include a variety of options so you can share with a friend, book your own private room, or reserve a tent space to set up your own camp.
Once your registration has been accepted, you will need to book the accommodation of your choice at Harbin Hot Springs. Spaces fill up about 3-4 weeks ahead of time so you will need to book this for yourself by April 19th, 2024 to ensure your spot.
